An oasis of seekers of spiritual wisdom
Meditation and Yoga
“Learning the truth is deep, difficult to understand, difficult to understand, quiet, noble, beyond the logic, barely noticeable, and only the wise one can understand.”
“Everything precedes the mind, the mind is the foundation, the mind is the creator, and
everyone who acts with the pure mind follows happiness faithfully like a shadow.”
Dhammapadam – Buddha’s first speech
“Yoga is the dominion of the mind’s activity.
When the mind is controlled, I will rest assuredly in its original, unchanging state.”
Sri Patanjali – Raja Yoga
“The nobleman took the words again:” I will now show you the knowledge of all the knowledge that many saints have rewarded for the earthly life of Supreme Personality. Because they have learned this knowledge, they do not return to the cycle of life.
Bhagavadgita 14th Singing
“Man is governed by the earth, the
earth is governed by heaven,
heaven is governed according to tao,
tao is governed according to himself.”
Tao Te Ting
Relaxation and alpha waves
Medusa has a similar effect to GABA-gamma-aminobutyric acid, which is the major inhibitory neurotransmitter in the mammalian central nervous system. It slows (harmonises) the transmission of neurons (excitation). It is used to prevent seizures of epilepsy (ie, abnormal electrical activity of the brain), panic attacks and muscle cramps by reducing muscle tone.
Lupine-containing substances reduce the secretion of adrenaline hormone from the adrenal gland.
The medallion contains citral silica which can mark cancer cells and promote their apoptosis (self-destruction).
The effects of the medulla soothe the higher frequencies of brain activity called beta waves (13-30 Hz, brain activity in the wake state and concentration states) and extend the range of alpha waves (relaxation and expansion), so it is traditionally used as a means of insomnia . In the case of alpha waves (8-13 Hz), it is interesting to note that this is a vigilant state of calm attention for deep physical and mental relaxation , when deep self-healing processes are triggered on the physical and mental level. Therefore, it is possible to say without exaggeration that the tea balm rejuvenates and its long sipping significantly prolongs lifeand induces a relaxation state that is typical of the expansion of alpha waves. Deeper meditation creates theta waves (4-8Hz) typical for deep relaxation with the corresponding regenerative effect. This state of deep relaxation and regeneration can be described as a wonderful bliss penetrating all the physical, mental, and spiritual areas of human perception. Nirvikalpa samadhi is a blend with pure Spiritual Energy, a state of perfect bliss and glowing knowledge.
